(Master in Laws), Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, 2013, Public Health Law and Policy specialization and my Juris Doctor, Ventura College of Law, Ventura, CA, 1995 Bar Admission - State Bar of California - #182664.I am a Seasoned human resources professional with over 10 years of strategic management of benefit and legal programs in high-tech, retail, multi-state, labor relations and international environments for Fortune 500 companies. Special emphasis in disability (STD and LTD), leave of absence, FMLA, workers’ compensation, all time off programs, life and unemployment insurance, international assignments including collection of overdue taxes ($1M in 5 months), FSAs, IRS, DOL, ERISA, and HIPAA.
We must put down our differences and unite our resources for one purpose and that is to lift America by lifting every child to have what they need to succeed and to become positive contributors to our society and cooperate with one another to create a better America for all of us.
